Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with INK MAX. We currently ship orders within Canada.

Shipping rates

Our current shipping rates are:

Ontario and Quebec: $8.99 flat rate
Rest of Canada: $12.99 flat rate

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing times, holidays or carrier delays.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. Delivery times may vary by location, carrier, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided when available. Tracking details will be sent by email after the order has shipped.

Canada-only shipping

At this time, online checkout is available for Canadian shipping addresses only.

US or international orders may be available by special request. Please contact us before ordering if you are outside Canada and would like a shipping quote.

Local pickup

Local pickup is not available through online checkout at this time.

INK MAX is a home-based business in London, Ontario. Any local pickup, if available, must be arranged by appointment only before ordering.

Incorrect shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

INK MAX is not responsible for delays, lost packages or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Shipping delays

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, carrier delays, supplier delays, weather issues and other unexpected delays may occur.
