How to Find Your Cartridge

Finding the right cartridge is important before placing your order. INK MAX offers several ways to help you choose the correct ink, toner, drum, label tape or printer supply.

Search by Printer Model

If you know your printer model, enter it in the search bar or use the Cartridge Finder. For example, you can search for models such as HP Envy 4520, Brother HL-L2390DW or Canon Pixma TS3420.

Search by Cartridge Number

If you know the cartridge number, you can search for it directly. For example, you can search for numbers such as HP 63XL, Brother TN760, Canon 245XL or Epson 212XL.

Check Your Old Cartridge

Many cartridges have the cartridge number printed on the label. If you still have your old cartridge, check the front, side or top label for the cartridge number.

Check Your Printer Manual or Printer Screen

Your printer manual, printer software or printer display may show the correct ink or toner series for your printer model.

Use the Cartridge Finder

Our Cartridge Finder can help narrow down compatible products by printer brand and model. Select your printer brand, then choose your printer model to view matching products.

Ask Before Ordering

If you are not sure which cartridge fits your printer, please contact us before ordering. Include your printer model, cartridge number or a photo of your old cartridge if possible.

Important Compatibility Note

Some newer printers may be affected by firmware or software updates that can reject compatible cartridges. Please read our Printer Update Warning page before ordering compatible cartridges.
