What does INK MAX sell?

INK MAX sells compatible printer supplies and ergonomic accessories for home, office and business customers. Our printer supplies include ink cartridges, toner cartridges, MICR toner, drum units, labels, label maker tapes and related products. We also offer ergonomic accessories such as keyboards, mice, monitor mounts, laptop stands, sit-stand workstations and other workspace solutions.

Are your cartridges original OEM cartridges?

Most products sold by INK MAX are compatible or remanufactured products, not original OEM brand cartridges, unless clearly stated otherwise. Compatible cartridges are made to work with supported printer models and offer a lower-cost alternative to original brand cartridges.

How do I know which cartridge fits my printer?

You can use our Cartridge Finder or search bar to look up your printer model or cartridge number. If you are not sure which product is right for your printer, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.

Can printer updates affect compatible cartridges?

Yes. Some newer printers may reject compatible cartridges after automatic firmware or software updates. This can happen with several printer brands, including Brother, Epson, HP, Lexmark and others. We recommend turning off automatic printer updates when possible. Please read our Printer Update Warning page before ordering compatible cartridges.

Are compatible cartridges guaranteed to work?

Our compatible cartridges are tested and guaranteed to work with supported printers at the time of purchase. However, printer firmware or software updates made after purchase may affect compatibility. If you are unsure about your printer, please contact us before ordering.

Do you offer local pickup?

INK MAX is a home-based business in London, Ontario. Local pickup may be available by appointment only. Please contact us before visiting, as we do not operate as a walk-in retail store.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. INK MAX offers shipping across Canada. Some products may ship directly from our Canadian suppliers.

What is your shipping charge?

We currently offer flat-rate shipping across Canada for $8.99. This keeps shipping simple and predictable for customers.

How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are processed and shipped the same business day. Many orders arrive within 1–2 business days, depending on the product, supplier location, carrier and delivery area. Remote areas, rural locations and certain territories may require additional delivery time.

What should I do if I ordered the wrong product?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to help correct it. If the product has already shipped, return options may depend on the product condition and our return policy.

Can I return opened cartridges?

Opened cartridges or open-box items may be accepted for return only if approved by INK MAX. Approved open-box returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping. If you believe the cartridge is defective, please contact us with your order details, printer model, cartridge number and a description of the issue so we can review the situation.
