At INK MAX, we want customers to order with confidence. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Accuracy
Please make sure you are ordering the correct product for your printer, cartridge number or workspace need. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.
Compatible Printer Supplies
Our compatible cartridges are tested and guaranteed to work with supported printers at the time of purchase. However, printer firmware or software updates made after purchase may affect cartridge compatibility.
A cartridge that was working properly before a printer update may no longer be accepted by the printer after the update. This does not always mean the cartridge is defective.
Printer Firmware Updates
Some newer printers may reject compatible cartridges after automatic firmware or software updates. This issue may affect several printer brands, including Brother, Epson, HP, Lexmark and others.
We recommend reading our Printer Update Warning page before ordering compatible cartridges and turning off automatic printer updates when possible.
Returns
Return requests must be made within a reasonable time after receiving your order. The product must be unused, unopened and in resalable condition unless there is a product issue.
Opened cartridges, used cartridges or products with damaged packaging may not be eligible for return unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
Defective Products
If you believe a product is defective, please contact us with your order details, printer model, cartridge number and a clear description of the issue. We may ask for photos, error messages or other details to help review the problem.
If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will work with you to provide a suitable solution.
Incorrectly Ordered Products
If the wrong product was ordered by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to help correct it.
If the product has already shipped, return eligibility may depend on the product condition, packaging and supplier return rules.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges may not be refundable. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by INK MAX or a confirmed product defect.
Local Pickup Orders
For local pickup orders, please check the product carefully at pickup whenever possible. If you have any concerns after pickup, contact us as soon as possible.
